Michelle Leafloor is Interim Vice President of Operations at the Ontario Clinical Imaging Network (OCINet), Ontario’s provincial network enabling secure storage and sharing of clinical imaging across hospitals and health facilities province-wide.

She brings more than 35 years of experience in healthcare IT leadership, spanning large-scale digital transformation, health information systems and clinical informatics. Prior to OCINet, Michelle served as Vice President of Health Information Technology Services and CIO at Hamilton Health Sciences, where she led the organization’s Epic implementation, including the province’s first FHIR-enabled lab result integration. Earlier in her career, she directed a multi-organization Epic implementation across Eastern Ontario at The Ottawa Hospital.
