The Medical Imaging Informatics and Teleradiology (MIIT) conference highlights emerging technologies and best practices in acquiring, processing, managing, accessing, and sharing medical images. It also explores policy developments shaping the field within Canada. This annual event features renowned speakers tackling critical challenges in medical imaging informatics, offering attendees a valuable opportunity to engage with experts and seek solutions to pressing questions.

Designed for professionals and students across engineering, computer sciences, and health informatics—including PACS managers, diagnostic imaging managers, IT professionals, CIOs, and CTOs—as well as healthcare providers such as radiologists, technologists, and physicians, and key industry players.

This year’s keynote features Dr. Woojin Kim — Chief Strategy Officer & CMIO at HOPPR, CMO at the ACR Data Science Institute, and practicing MSK Radiologist — on how generative and agentic AI are reshaping radiology workflows and the future of imaging informatics in Canada.
